Confidentiality and privacy:

At The Hero’s Path we work from trust and clarity. We therefore handle your personal data with care and the information exchanged in the coaching conversations.
This remains within The Hero’s Path at all times.

  • Personal data: we only ask for the most necessary data to communicate.
  • Between coach and coachee: confidential information is expressly not shared with third parties.
  • Registration procedure: this process provides clarity about the registration, mutual expectations and payment terms.

Registration and Payment

After my registration what happens next?

  • I will contact you by phone within 2 working days.
  • In this conversation we get to know each other without obligations and you can ask questions.
  • You will contact us when you wish to register (by mail) stating your desired Camino and period. If there is room, you will be placed on the participants list.
  • You make your registration final after the receipt of the invoice and you have made a deposit of 15% of the total amount (including taxes). In this way your participation is secured.
  • You only pay the coaching rate. There are NO additional costs.
  • You will receive the invoice for the remaining payment 8 weeks before departure date. You pay this amount at least 6 weeks before departure. Then you will start with the first part of the Walk the Camino package: First steps.

Cancellation:

  • The registration can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before departure. The deposit will be refunded to the participant’s account.
  • In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before departure, THP is entitled to withhold 50% of the amount.
  • COVID: in the event of an unexpected impediment due to a positive test result or travel restrictions, we will change your departure date in consultation.
